02This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the same server as the site, so your browser doesn't contact third parties when you visit.
Like any web server, mine keeps short technical logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. I use them only to keep the site secure and running, which is my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
03When you email me
If you write to me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it to answer you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and carry out that work (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
If you become a client, invoices and accounting records are kept for 8 years, as Hungarian accounting law requires.
04Who else processes data
I don't sell or share personal data. These providers process it on my behalf, under data processing agreements:
- Hosting: Akamai Cloud (Linode), server in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Email: Namecheap (forwarding) and Google (Gmail).
05My products
Arcway and Hearth each have their own privacy notice, available in the product. Hearth analyses your health data on your iPhone; it never leaves the device and I never see it.
06Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also restrict or object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Email me and I'll answer within one month.
If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu), or to the authority in your own EU country.
07Changes
If how I handle data changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
